MY APPROACH TO COACHING
Good coaching should give people clear direction, realistic goals and the confidence to keep progressing.
My approach combines structured training with accountability, practical support and regular review. I want clients to understand what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how each part of the plan contributes to their progress.
My background in sport, life coaching and financial planning has shaped the way I think about goal setting, long term planning and individual circumstances. My own experience of injury and rebuilding has also reinforced the importance of adapting training rather than simply pushing harder.
On-Point is about finding the right approach for the individual, building consistency, and creating progress that is realistic and sustainable.

PERFORMANCE.
ON-POINT.
Structured coaching with a clear direction.
On-Point is built around purposeful progression. Training should have a reason behind it, a clear structure to follow and enough flexibility to adapt as your needs change.
Community
More Than Just Training
On-Point fosters a positive environment for staying active and connecting with others. Beyond individual programmes, I offer local sessions and group activities designed to build a supportive community around your coaching. The goal is to create meaningful engagement, not just sell sessions.
Motivation
Motivation can start the process.
Consistency keeps it moving.
Training isn't always easy. My goal is to design a routine that stays effective when your schedule is packed or energy is low. By combining realistic objectives with steady accountability, we ensure you stay focused on what can be achieved consistently.
Progress
Progress should be measured by more than just a number on a scale.
For some people, progress means getting stronger or fitter. For others, it may mean moving with more confidence, returning to training, building consistency or simply feeling better day to day.
On-Point focuses on realistic goals, regular review and steady improvements you can recognise and build on over time.
