More Than Just Fitness
The story behind On-Point Performance Coaching

I’m the founder of On-Point Performance Coaching, and my journey into fitness and coaching hasn’t followed a conventional path.
My own experiences with addiction, ADHD and receiving an autism diagnosis have shaped how I understand motivation, confidence, routine and personal progress.
I’ve learned that making positive changes isn ’t always straightforward. There can be setbacks, periods of uncertainty and times when simply maintaining a routine feels like an achievement.
Fitness has become an important part of creating structure and direction in my own life. It’s helped me develop consistency, set realistic goals and recognise the value of making progress one step at a time.

Precision · Progress · Performance

Why I Started On-Point
My experiences made me increasingly interested in helping other people develop their own confidence, strength and sense of direction.

Alongside my background in life coaching, I’ve been developing my knowledge and practical skills in fitness and personal training.

I wanted On-Point to represent something more than exercise programmes. I wanted to build a coaching service that recognises the person behind the goals.

Everyone comes with different experiences, abilities, responsibilities and challenges. What works for one person won’t necessarily work for another.

That’s why I believe good coaching should be supportive, adaptable and realistic.
forward at a pace that they can maintain

On-Point is being built around a simple principle. Meet people where they are, provide the right level of support and help them make meaningful progress - one step at a time.

MY APPROACH TO COACHING
I focus on helping people build strength, improve fitness and develop sustainable habits through structured training and ongoing support.

That means taking the time to understand where someone is starting from, identifying achievable goals and adapting their programme as they progress.

My experience has also made me particularly interested in supporting people who may struggle with motivation, consistency or confidence, including those navigating recovery or neurodivergence.

I don’t believe progress needs to be perfect to be meaningful.
My aim is simple: to help people move forward with greater confidence, one achievable step at a time.
